How Gibsurveys works

Two ways to take part, two ways to ask. All free, and open to everyone in Gibraltar.

1

Vote on polls

Polls are a single question with a few answers. Tap one and you'll see how everyone else voted straight away. Many polls are open to everyone with no sign-up. Some are for members only, so each person counts once.

2

Take surveys

Surveys are longer: several questions, sometimes split into sections. They usually take a few minutes. The creator decides whether anyone can answer, only signed-in members (one response each), or only people they invite by email.

3

Create your own

Make a free account and open your studio. Build surveys with ten question types (choices, ratings, scales, dates, free text and more), or ask a quick poll. Add an optional Spanish version and pick a theme.

4

Share and see results

List your survey or poll on Gibsurveys so the community can find it, or keep it link-only and share it on WhatsApp, email or social media. Watch the results come in live and export everything to CSV.

Questions

Is it really free?

Yes. Creating an account, building surveys and polls, and taking part are all free.

Do I need an account to vote?

Not for polls and surveys that are open to everyone. Creators can choose to require sign-in, which makes sure each person only answers once.

Who can see my answers?

Results are shown as totals. The creator of a survey can see individual responses to their own survey, including any contact details the survey asked you for. Poll votes are only shown as totals.

Are the results scientific?

Results reflect the people who chose to participate and are not a scientific sample unless otherwise stated. They show what the people who took part think, not necessarily all of Gibraltar.

Who runs Gibsurveys?

Gibsurveys is independent and non-partisan. We don't take sides on the questions people ask. More about us.
