Is a £37,500 income threshold for new residents fair?

New residency rules introduced in June require new residents who want to live and work in Gibraltar to earn at least £37,500 a year, with exceptions where Gibraltar needs them. The Government says it protects public services; the GSD calls the rules "anti-British, anti-business and ageist" and says it would reverse them.
