A trial is being talked about for summer weekends. Would you want it every Sunday?

Yes! Sunday mornings walking down Main Street without dodging vans would be lovely. Cafés could put more tables out too.

Until you need to drop something heavy off at a shop on a Sunday. Deliveries have to happen at some point.

@James Sacarello deliveries before 10am would solve that, like they do in plenty of Spanish towns.

Would like to see what the shops on Main Street think. Some depend on people popping in by car.

Honestly I don't mind either way as long as the buses still run on time.

@Tom Danino the buses running on time is a separate poll entirely 😅

Main Street is already mostly pedestrian. The real problem is the side streets and parking around Line Wall Road, which this wouldn't fix.

Agree. Fix parking first, then talk about closing more streets.

Pushing a pram through there on a Sunday is a nightmare when cars squeeze through. Big yes from me.
